Terms of Service

By accessing or using CertArch at certarch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

CertArch is operated by Arcan Dinç. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CertArch.

CertArch is a software platform that helps businesses prepare for ISO 9001:2015 certification. The platform provides:

• An ISO 9001 readiness quiz and scoring
• Smart business onboarding to capture company information
• Gap analysis based on your business data against ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• A personalised implementation roadmap
• Generation of QMS documents tailored to your business
• Team collaboration with role-based access and document approval workflows

Please note that ISO 9001 certification is awarded by accredited third-party certification bodies based on their own independent assessment. CertArch is a preparation tool and does not guarantee certification outcomes.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@certarch.com
• You must be at least 18 years old to use CertArch
• One person may not maintain more than one free trial account

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to selected features
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• During the trial you may access the readiness quiz, business onboarding, gap analysis based on your company information, the implementation roadmap as a read-only preview (task progress tracking requires a purchase), generation of the Quality Policy document only among QMS documents, and team features such as inviting colleagues with role-based access and document approvals where your permissions allow. Trial features may be updated from time to time.
• Document downloads, full document generation, and roadmap task tracking require a paid subscription
• We reserve the right to modify trial features at any time

• Access to full platform features requires a one-time payment of £299 (inclusive of applicable taxes)
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• The £299 payment grants lifetime access to the platform features available at the time of purchase
• There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or renewals
• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment
• To request a refund, email contact@certarch.com within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
• Use the platform to generate documents for multiple companies under a single account
• Attempt to circumvent any platform security measures
• Upload any malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Misrepresent the generated documents as certified by CertArch

• The CertArch platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by CertArch and protected by intellectual property laws
• The QMS documents generated for your business are yours to use for your own certification purposes
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated documents to third parties
• You retain ownership of the business data you provide to the platform

CertArch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the platform will meet your specific certification requirements
• That generated documents will be accepted by any particular certification body
• That use of CertArch guarantees ISO 9001 certification
• That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, CertArch shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Any costs incurred in connection with a failed certification attempt
• Any loss of data beyond what is recoverable from our backups

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@certarch.com
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
